Unfortunately, we cannot apply promotion codes to orders already placed.

We cannot adjust prices of orders that have already been placed. Any discount codes MUST be used at the time of ordering during a valid sale period. We cannot discount items retroactively.

No. Unless stated during the sale, we do not allow promo codes to be used on discounted items, gift cards, or previous orders.

Most of the orders will be processed and shipped quikcly after you place the order, so it's important for us to make any changes as soon as possible.

We ship all orders using the US Postal Service. We ship most in-stock orders the next business day (see When Will My Order Ship for more info). The delivery time frame starts after the package ships. The day of the order does not count towards the delivery time frame.

Delivery Time frames

Standard Shipping (USPS First Class): 4-6 days for orders shipping to West Coast, 46 days for orders shipping to East Coast. This option offers Saturday delivery to most locations

Priority Shipping (USPS Priority): 3-4 days. This option offers Saturday delivery to most locations. This is not guarunteed.

Express shipping is 1-2 depending on location but is guarunteed.

Orders placed Friday evening - Sunday will begin shipping on Monday and Tuesday.

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you did not receive a confirmation email. If you have not yet received the confirmation email, it means it has not shipped yet. Please refer to the question above.

They are fully adjustable and will fit most wrist sizes. They will not fall off if adjusted properly. Adjusting is very simple. See the video below.

This will happen. The rate at which it happens, varies from person to person. We cannot seal the lettering because it will dull the bangle as a whole. Bangles tend to last longer but it all varies person to person. Rings can lose letter pretty fast because of their constant contact with your skin, chemicals, etc. Basically whatever you touch, they touch. 

We do not refund or process returns for worn items that have lost the black lettering. It is a normal part of wear.

Due to the holidays, we will not be accepting custom orders between October 1st and February 5th. 

All bangles are sold separately. The $25.99 price is for one bangle. They are shown stacked so you can see the metal options available.

Of course! JewKingdom happily accepts unworn/unopened IN STOCK merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, exchange or store credit, less shipping costs. 

However, we cannot accept returns for international orders, items direct from the printer, or items we no longer carry. Items that ship directly from the printer will say so in the product description. Because we don't stock those items in our warehouse, we cannot return said item, with the exception of a reprint for anything damaged in transit.

Gift cards are non returnable. 

Unfortunately, no. All ITEMS PURCHASED AT A REDUCED PRICE, DURING A SALE OR PROMOTION (i.e., Black Friday/Cyber Monday including but not limited to Free Shipping), WITH DISCOUNT CODES OR ALL ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To return your item(s), follow the steps below:

Wait for our email with your return authorization.

Return the item(s) using the postal carrier of your preference. You are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns unless MetalMarvelsStore.com has sent the incorrect size/style or a damaged item. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. 

When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a refund notification.

Please postmark your package within 14 days of the date your order was received.
